Registration and Payment

This event will be at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario. The date for the Event Pass is December 10-11. The date for the Event Pass + Accountant Day is December 9-11.


Yes. Daily meals and beverages are included with each event pass.


The majority of the QuickBooks Connect activities are for attendees only. However, for a fee of $49 + tax you may bring one guest to the December 10 event celebration. You can pay for your guest when you register for the conference.


Seats in sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving to your chosen session early to ensure your best chances to get a seat.

Yes, you will get an immediate confirmation email with your registration details.


We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).


Yes, but you will need to email your request to CA_Events@intuit.com with the current name on the registration, the new name, email, company name and phone number.


Full refunds will be available for cancellations before 10/31/2019; 50% refund for cancellations before 11/15/2019. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on 11/16/2019 and later. A $20 processing fee will be deducted for refunds to cover credit card transaction fees and staff time. Event date, Sessions and Schedules subject to change.


Braindates

Braindates are about sharing knowledge. It’s a platform where people can create or find topics of interest they’d like to discuss. You can use Braindates to book time with fellow attendees and speakers, Intuit design and marketing experts and the QuickBooks support team.


You can access Braindates through the QuickBooks Connect 2019 mobile app. Just download the app and click on Braindate in the left navigation. To sign into the app, use the email address you used to register for the event. Your confirmation number is your password.

Yes, you can download the app from either Google Play or the App Store. Make sure to delete prior versions of the QuickBooks Connect mobile app from your phone. 

To sign into the app, use the email address you used to register for the event and your confirmation number as the password. You can find the confirmation number in your confirmation email.


You can plan your day through the QuickBooks Connect 2019 mobile app. Just download the app, tap on “Sessions” from the left-navigation and tap on the + sign to add it to “My Favorites.”

QuickBooks Connect 2019 is held in a public space so participants, exhibitors, sponsors and other companies may photograph conference activities. Intuit reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken at the conference with your image or likeness in future printed or online marketing materials. We also encourage attendees to take and share photos and videos with their own social networks, unless otherwise specified. Photos and videos taken should be for personal non-commercial purposes.


Yes, only companies who have purchased a sponsorship are permitted to promote their product or brand. Companies that are not official, paid sponsors or exhibitors are strictly prohibited.
